If you are interested in our instant criminal database searches you will need to supply your registration forms (to be printed after registry), a copy of your business license, and a telephone bill verifying your publicly listed business telephone line. If you are interested in our commercial account you will need to supply your registration forms, bank credit reference form, three business references, a telephone bill verifying your publicly listed business telephone line and an on-site inspection must be completed before your account can be activated.

No. There are over three thousand county court houses across the US which maintain criminal records. In addition each state will maintain criminal records through their Department of Corrections. Our coverage is extensive but we don't cover it all. If you find someone who does please let us know!!
It depends on the state or county. Some counties and states provide updates monthly while others are bi-monthly or semi-annually.
